Poke restaurants are held to a higher standard of cleanliness and quality because of the type of food they are serving. The fish here look like they've been sitting warm for extended periods of time. The salmon I ordered was very warm which signaled to me that their refrigeration at the front probably isn't the best or working properly...?Unlike other poke spots, these fish are sliced (not diced) into near mulch. It honestly didn't look appetizing to the eye but I wanted to give them a shot. Would try another poke shot if I were you - for health's sake.April 02, 2017
